Who is David Starkey and why did I put up this web site ?
The answer to the first question is I am just a resident of Rogers County that cares deeply about the illegal activities that are going on here in our legal system. I am a person that has the greatest respect for the law and our court system when illegal things are not happening and innocent people aren't getting hurt.
I am not some anti-government guy that does not believe in law and order, or angry that I got a speeding ticket. Nothing like this could be further from the truth. I have such respect for our court system as a whole and for what it stands for that you will never see me disrespectful to any court official even if they are breaking the law themselves. If I go to the courthouse for just about any reason you will usually see me in a suit and tie because again, I have respect for our court system. When something has been illegally done to myself and other innocent people, I will stand up for what is right. (NO MATTER THE COST)
I am a father of 4 children that has fought most of my life just to be a great Dad. I do the best that I can to let all of my children have a normal life through a divorce situation. I have fought hard just to get court ordered visitation and communication enforced. My family and I have spent well over $150,000 just to keep me in my children's lives.
Everything was going fairly well until I caught Tulsa Special Judge Terry H. Bitting's Clerk (Leo) changing the O.S.C.N. Computer Networks Official Record of the Judge's Ruling on my 3 year trial with my ex-wife. The judge found my ex-wife in contempt of court (again) and sentenced her to 6 months in the Tulsa County Jail (again). She was sentenced to a deferred sentence both times, which means she did not spend one day in jail. My real problem came when I tried to report the illegal act of what her clerk had done. The clerk changed the record to show that I was found guilty and given 6 months in jail instead of my ex-wife.
The Judge's Clerk (Leo) is friends with my ex-wife's unethical Attorney (Craig Carter) from Tulsa. This same clerk also gave this Attorney special treatment by removing documents from my Tulsa case file ( FD-1997-232 ) and the judges' drop box. Would you believe that this clerk is now going to Law School of all things? (Figures)
My story is really long for this spot so I will put a page up for those who want to read all the illegal stuff that has happened to me in Tulsa, including Tulsa Judge Terry H. Bitting hiding my case file for over 90 days and lying about it. This judge stomped all over my Rights so bad that it did land me in jail to try to shut me up.
This same Tulsa Judge called Rogers County for help and got caught doing so. She will probably lose her job and could go to prison along with her clerk and the people involved in Rogers County.
This judge has allowed the retaliation to go so far as to ignore her own court order to the point that I have not seen my daughter in over two years. I have not received one court ordered email, or one court ordered phone call either for over two years.
I have been arrested about every time I get close to getting the truth out about this judge and the other officials that conspired to cover all of this up. I still believe that one day I will get an honest judge to correct all of this mess and that proper law enforcement will take the appropriate action on all that are involved.
Somewhere along the way I ran in to some residents in Rogers County that had some serious and illegal things that had been done to them also. We started talking and meeting more people that had similar problems in Rogers County. It just continued to grow to the point where we had to get a meeting room for all the people. I thought that if all of these people are coming forward by word of mouth, then what would a web site do?
The results were overwhelming and so many people started sending in complaint forms from RogersCountyGrandJury.com that it has grown to what it is today. So as you look through this web site and see some of the terrible stories, know that I am in this for the right reason along with the other leaders and volunteers involved with the up-coming Grand Jury. We just want the truth out and Justice brought back to Rogers County.
As much as we have grown we still must have more volunteers to get enough signatures to bring forward a Grand Jury to stop all of this nonsense. If you or your family members have not suffered abuse from the system here, then you could be next.
A Grand Jury only seeks the truth, so anyone that has something to hide will be against this. Wouldn't you think that if the legal system here in Rogers County did not have something to hide that they would support a Grand Jury, if nothing else to shut everyone up and put some egg on my face? Be rest assured that this will not happen and the legal community has done everything it can to suppress this Grand Jury. This includes falsely arresting me (AGAIN)!
With all of this said I know that there are honest Judges, Police Officers and people in the Sheriffs Department. For all that are honest and protect and serve, I have the highest respect for you. The law requires you ( MUST ) report misconduct and illegal acts that others are committing to the proper authorities.

The excuse that a minors public testimony cannot be transcribed is not correct - this was perjured testimony and it shows misconduct of Assistant District Attorney Patrick Abitbal for knowingly putting on known false testimony and misconduct of judge post for allowing known perjured testimony. This is why it is being denied!!

September 12th 2007 - The Grand Jury Petition is being rewritten by our Attorney to comply with the Order from the Honorable Judge Vasser. Because there was only two days to amend the petition to put the specific language as per Judge Vasser's Order, I had to Dismiss Without Prejudice. We want no one left behind that has a serious issue, that would be proper for this Grand Jury. It was just impossible to do this in two days so we will respectfully comply with the Order and then re file when the petition is correctly written. If you have an issue from Rogers County that should brought before the Grand Jury, then please use the complaint form.
This is a very positive step!
After I filed a recusal request and Motion to Transfer, the 12th Judicial District Recused themselves and sent this up to the Supreme Court to assign an out of county Judge.
I do not know if this has ever happened in Oklahoma before but for thr record, Judge Goodpaster has no complaints and is the most respected judge in the 12th Juducial District and has done the right thing!
