If these rules have been violated then you should report them to fix the problem.
Always be respectful to the court system and in filling out these forms. A Lawyer or Judge can have actions brought against them, removed from office or being criminally charged for doing bad and terrible things, but be respectful to our Legal System for which our Great Country stands.
It is the bad ones in our great system that must be weeded out and it is up to you to take the time to properly follow through and be as specific as you can with things like case numbers and dates and just describe to the best of your ability what happened and include all documents and items related to your matter.
You could keep a real problem from happening to others !
